- Abstract
Objective: This study aims to identify the difference in reduction of stress levels in doctoral-level occupational therapy students when utilizing virtual reality (VR) meditation compared to traditional guided meditation practices. The research question addressed in this study examine show participation in guided meditation with integrated VR impacts perceived stress levels of students compared to classic guided meditation practices.
